How to Reinstate a Policy 

 

Follow these steps to reinstate a cancelled policy 

 

  1. 1. Locate the Customer using the   Search icon 

  1. 2. Click the blue arrow icon 

  1. 3. Provide Reinstate reason from the drop down, and add any related notes 

  1. 4. Click Reinstate to restore policy 

 

 


 

 

 

  • a. The policy page will refresh and show an active status 

 


** Note The bottom left will display the reinstate reason as well as the reinstatement date
