How to Modify Total Cost and Down Payment Quick Adjustment Buttons
The following directions will show you how to set the amounts on the Total Cost Adjustment and Down Payment buttons.
* These customizable buttons are located on the quote page and allow users to apply a discount to the total cost and/or the down payment by clicking the pre-set amount in lieu of manually changing the cost.
*Total Cost Adjustment Dollar Buttons
1. Go to Setup > Environment > Settings
2. Click the General Settings tab > Scroll down to Quick Adjustment Buttons
a. The minus sign before the value reduces the total cost amount
b. The plus sign before the value increases the total cost amount
3. Enter your desired amounts (example shown in screenshot above)
4. Click the Save icon
*Quick Down Payment $ Buttons
1. Setup > Environment > Settings
2. Click the Payment Settings tab > scroll to Quick Down Payment $ Buttons
a. The minus sign before the value reduces the total cost amount
b. The plus sign before the value increases the total cost amount
3. Enter your desired amounts (example shown in screenshot above)
4. Click the Save icon
