How to Merge Contacts

Follow the steps below to merge a contact. 


    1. Search for and open a contact record > hover mouse over the hamburger icon > Click merge customer


 


2. This will generate a search window. Search the criteria for the duplicate file, select the desired contact, then click "Merge Customers"


 


3. A new window prompt will open to confirm the changes, click OK to finish.
