How to Send a Copy of a Policy
Follow the steps below to send a copy of a Customer’s a Policy via mail and email
1. Use the icon to search for the customer’s policy
2. Click the hyperlinked customers name to be taken to the policy page
*To send VIA Mail (USPS or FedEx)
3. Click the icon > Reprint Fulfillment Documents
4. Select your shipping method (Standard Mail is default)
5. Once selected, you will receive confirmation the policy has been Queued > Click OK
To send via email (Multiple options)
*Using Mail Merge (Most Common)
1. On the Policies page, Click the
icon to open the Merge Template Picker Window
2. Select the desired email template > Click Merge > A Preview Email window will open automatically (to send a copy of the Contract to the customer, you must attach the Fulfillment Document)
3. From the Preview Email > Click Attachments > From Attachments
4. Double click Fulfillment Group Document
5. Click Send > OK > Close
Generate Sample Contract (PDF Sample Copy of Contract)
1. From the Policies page, Click the
icon > Generate Sample Contract > A new window with the
2. Fulfillment Documents will open automatically
3. In the upper left corner, click the drop-down menu below Download Document
4. Select the desired email template > A Preview Email Window will open automatically, and the
5. Fulfillment Docs will already be attached
6. Click Send > OK > Close
*Note - If you are sending via Sample Contract, be advised there will be a SAMPLE watermark written on the Fulfillment Documents
