How to Add/Edit Security Roles
To Add or Edit Security Roles, follow these steps below
*Click on Setup > Security Roles
1. If Adding a New Role
a. Click the
icon to Add a New Security Role
b. Enter a Role Name > Role Description
c. Assign Functions and Permissions for the new Security Role
d. Click the
icon
2. If Updating the Security Role
a. Select the Role you wish to edit
b. Use checkboxes to Assign or Unassign Functions and Permissions
c. Click the
icon

- Web Service Access - Only allows data posting. Does not allow login to Inline
- Sales Manager - Manages sales team
- FTP Admin Access - Allows management of FTP folders and allows login to Inline
- FTP Users - Only allows posting files on FTP folders via a third-party FTP software like FileZilla
- Sales Rep - Quotes and sells policies
- Customer Service - Manages policies
- Sales Rep Sr. - Like sales rep with more viewing permission
